The architecture of this residence was the starting point for a truly distinctive energy solution. Our clients, deeply rooted in Eastern traditions, dreamed of a space rich with spice and fulfillment—an ambience that would seamlessly blend with the melancholic beauty of the Baltic Sea views.

Spanning over 300m², every room tells a story through a vivid palette that honors their ethnic heritage. The result is more than a home; it is a sanctuary—a safe harbor for the soul, where luxury is measured not in square meters, but in the thoughtful curation of every single space.

FAMILY ESCAPE FROM THE CITY

Nestled just outside the city, this single-story home was designed for a growing family—including one very discerning feline member. Every wish, from the practical to the whimsical, was met with care and intention.

The design philosophy was simple: bring the outside in. We wanted the natural beauty of the countryside to flow through every room, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the surrounding landscape.

To make the space truly unforgettable, we collaborated with a local artist who crafted a custom masterpiece—a mesmerizing night sky mural that now anchors the home with a sense of wonder and magic. It is a daily reminder of the beauty that exists both outside the window and within the soul.

Challenge is new perfection

This children's room presented a unique challenge: a complex layout where every wall varied in height and an arched ceiling defined the space. Rather than fighting the architecture, we embraced it. Through deep listening and close collaboration with the family, we uncovered their vision—a multifunctional space for a young gentleman with a strong passion for football. Every inch was thoughtfully considered to maximize both form and function. The result is a room thoughtfully layered into distinct zones for sleeping, studying, and relaxation. Thanks to strong collaboration with skilled specialists and a commitment to honoring every client wish, we transformed a complicated space into a cohesive and inspiring retreat.
